Your kidding me right? All cable services go out at 830pm saterday night, understanding its the weekend your not going to have someone on it right away. But if i call your number on kadena and it tells me to press4 for after hours outages. I should get something or someone. NOT "this number is not recgonized... goodbye"
also some other errors to note are press 3 for new customer services, gives the same result. In fact if you press 5, you get the 3 option, 6,7,8,9,0 all restart the automated services.

and of course your not going to fix it because customerservices mean nothing to you. yet if i dont pay my bill your gonna charge a re-connect fee. For what? sending a command line thru the system telling them to re-open my port?

Either way its sunday almost 10am, i better get a refund of the times lost. If it was just cabl or just internet, i wouldn't be so upset. But its both, thats big money on my income. Point blank if i pay for a service those services should be up, if not i should be refunded. This was not caused by me, my systems are up, i have not damaged any equipment and i dotn control the weather.

If you assholes down there even read this shit, i'll expect a formal apology written to me and my refund.

Any people who are thinking of moving on post or are new to the island. Move off post, get sunnynet, its fiber internet, and their customer service is by far better.

In fact if you work for MBC quit, if you own MBC shoot yourself. Your worthless.
