Registration on the Ooma Support Forum

I've been trying to register over at the Ooma support forum, however, each time I do, the registration form will not allow me to enter an email address. If I fill in all other requested fields and click submit, it comes back telling me I have to enter an email address. It's strange, if I try to TAB to the email field, it simply skips over it. Do you have to be an existing Ooma customer to register on their message board? Any insight into this would be appreciated. Thanks! :)

Is ooma really that good?

I see ooma is the #1 ranked voip provider here on DslReports. I'm surprised. Is it really better quality than CallCentric and the other traditional SIP providers? Ooma looks expensive to me. But I just glanced at their site.
