Hi, anybody knows how setup my granstream ht702 or voip.ms in order to have my phone light blinking when a have a voicemail.
"Disable Visual MWI" should be set to NO.
"Subscribe for MWI" should be set to YES.

(Note that this forum is rarely visited by most people - the VoIP Tech Chat forum is generally a better place for answers.)
But I agree---these "cover forums" for Voip.MS, CC, PhonePower, etc, etc, are rarely used and are redundant with Voip Tech Chat.
Problem with IVR and incoming calls Hi everybody!
I have some problems with my IVR and my incoming calls. First, I'll give you some information about my devices and system and then I'll explain the issues.
I have 2 IP Phones, model Grandstream GXP2120.
I have 1 DID, 1 main domain and 2 subdomains with VOIP. Each IP phone is configured to connect to one of my two subdomains.
I've set up an IVR which plays a recording and asks caller to press either "1", "2" or "0".
Pressing "1" is supposed to route to the first subdomain and ring the first IP phone.
Pressing "2" is supposed to route to the second subdomain and ring the second IP phone.
Pressing "0" is supposed to route to a calling queue that alternatively rings the first subdomain and the second subdomain and, if unanswered, send the call to a voicemail.
For these tests, I'm using premium routing even though I'm pretty sure it would be no way different to value routing.
WORKING PROPERLY AFTER REBOOT
So let's say I reboot my 2 IP Phones at the same time. Immediately after reboot, my system works. If I call my DID and press either "1", "2" or "0" once I hear the IVR, my call gets transfered to the right phone. I guess it means my configuration is OK since both my phones are able to connect to the server.
ISSUES AFTER SOME TIME
After some time (like 5-15 minutes), I get the following issue :
If I press "1" or "2" during the IVR recording, I get either a busy signal or a complete silence. (Usually, pressing "1" gives me the busy signal and pressing "2" gives me the silence, but it may be inverted sometimes.) Also, none of my IP phones ring.
If I press "0", I can hear some jazz music while my call is put in the calling queue, but none of my IP phones ring as it's supposed to do.
Note : my outgoing calls work perfectly even when this issue happens with my incoming calls.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I UNPLUG ETHERNET CABLE FROM MY FIRST IP PHONE AND PLUG IT BACK
If I unplug the ethernet cable that is connected to my first IP phone and plug it back, the problem with phone seems to be fixed temporarily and this phone will be able to receive incoming calls.
So if I press "1" during the IVR recording, my first IP Phone will ring.
The same thing happens if I unplug the ethernet cable that is connected to my second IP phone and press "2".
So it seems like reinitializing the connection makes it work again.
Do you have any idea about what could be my problem? I'm trying to troubleshoot this but I can't find any explanation...
Thank you very much!
