| | DSL-only. no problems here As a non-business / residential user... DSL-only.net is the best ISP I've ever had.
1) they bent over backward (3-4yrs ago) to assist me after my orginal ISP took my DSL order; but then went into non-existance. It only took them 2-3days (as I recall) to get Verizon (then gte) to correct my ISP choice and get me connected.
2) Only had one extended outage... due to a bad dsl modem/router. Took Verizon a week to get me a working modem.
3) I have never noticed bandwidth or outage problems.
All though, I must agree with some of the comments about tech support; all of my dealings with them have been pleasant and fruitful. Most of the comments have been with customers doing exotic things... I too would be pissed if I were paying a business rate in excess of $100/mth; but as a "knowledgeable" home user... I'm very pleased with DSL-only.
