Outstanding Service and Support

The Zapline service and support I received is best I have ever received. When I called in for help they treated me like I was a real person and not just another dumb customer. Keep up the great work and Thanks CM

106 ms latency 1st hop

well i got ZAPLINE 384/384 SDSL i live 5,500 ft. away from CO....NEWEDGENETWORKS installed a smoth install.....bandwith was 75%-85% guarenteed and 106ms 1ST HOP LATENCY....this is bad 4 gaming....i had little better latency on 56K but the banthwith is ok....the problem here is not zapline but the dclec NEW EDGE NETWORKS who dont have a very good network...
