Maybe the DSL will be installed by Christmas '02

We signed our contract the beginning February, 2001 and still have not gotten our DSL installed. Some delay was due to the Northpoint debacle but a replacement provider has been in place for 60 days and we are still no closer to installation. We have been getting "the run around" in a big way. Giving up and looking elsewhere.

price: $320.00/month -- a killer!!
bandwidth: T1, actual: 400k only!!!---dslreports test.
tech support rating 1-10: 7 ---could go down!!

overall rating: 5 not happy with only 400k...

comment: since i am only getting 1/3 of the bandwidth,
i wish i can pay 1/3 of the price...$107...haha

pending: already did 3 simultaneous ftp downloads from
there site. speed rated at 52KB X 8 = 400kb..
now i am just waiting to see if they can boost
my bandwidth..

other: 7500ft from CO.
