Price is $59/month on web site, rather than $49 quoted in table at DSLReports.

Thank you for the information. We have updated our pricing on our web site and reflected this new information here on DSLREPORTS.COM as well. We now have a net install cost of only $50 for ALL OF OUR DSL PLANS!!

Pricing is $49.95 for 608/128k ADSL
$89.95 for 1.5M/384k ADSL
I obtained this information from their website on September 11, 2000.

Initial Signup and Sales support good

After reviewing about 30 DSL providers (many claiming after contacting them that they couldn't provide service). I settled on 1stConnect. This is a Small Business account with the 32 Static IPs at $220/mo. DSL service will actually come through their partner of Covad.
Signup and Sales support was very good (talked with Laura). Sales was not afraid to go ask answers to some of my more detailed questions.

Review followup when the install begins.
