this company is charging double the going rate(60-70)for DSL....at half the speeds available(320k).

Not true. Do a little research...$60 is for the 608K ADSL from Covad. If you want 320K, you can try Qwest. It will still cost you $50 -- $20 from ANY ISP and $30 from Qwest. That is about the cheapest for DSL in Tucson.
