Need Credit Card Recommendation

Not really wanting to get into the why of it, but I've had it with the idiots and liars at HSBC.

I have excellent credit (my FICO is 813 with Equifax) and I have five years with the same employer.

My wants:

No annual fee. Any annual fee would be a deal breaker.

Although I never carry a balance, due to my credit rating I think I deserve a low rate.

Cash back would be nice, but I care zero about air miles or vacation points.

A card with virtual accounts (one time use account numbers) would be nice.

I've never had to make a charge back, or put any charge in dispute. But if I need to, I want that ability and good customer service.

Also, I know there are boards dedicated to discussing credit cards. Google isn't what it used to be, and the best sites aren't always listed near the top. So if someone can recommend the good credit card discussion boards, I'd appreciate that.

All recommendations will be considered and appreciated.

Rate my website

The link to my site is in my sig. I want to know 3 things, how fast it loads for you, is the text and layout of the site pleasing to your eyes and if the site is easy to navigate. It is run on Wordpress, and everything I've done has been free after the domain, hosting, and dedicated IP. I have tried to limit the ads, but I do want to make a little cash though.

I have thick skin, so fire away.

One thing, like an article directory, I don't write most of the content.

I hope to eventually sell the site. There is a lot of great content on there. I'm going to add free giveaways in the near future also.

In return, I'll visit your site. I have found some great sites through the years in these forums.

Extra charge to use Master Card instead of Visa?

Is it legal for a company to charge $40 extra to use Master Card? They do not charge anything extra to use Visa, and do not take Amex or Discover at all. This is the policy of an apartment complex.

commercial auto insurance for pizza delivery

I recently moved and have once again settled for pizza delivery as my main line of work. I have a PC Repair business that brings in a small amount at the moment too. Anyway I just got hired at Papa Johns.

As a condition of driving deliveries, I am required to carry commercial insurance for my car. I've worked at lots of other places besides PJ's, mostly Pizza Hut for the past 5.5 years and was never once asked to change my insurance policy. But I need a job and this was the first to call back and offer me a good amount of work.

I cancelled my old policy and started the commercial one this past week and now I'm starting to wonder a few things. Since I'm using the car for deliveries, in addition to a PC job here and there, what are my Tax write-off rights? I've read that I may be allowed to deduct 55 cents per mile? Is this worth my time? PJ's will be paying me an hourly wage, plus reimbursements for each run, but can I make a claim in April? I would like to take as much back as I can; this is the first time where working for someone else has cost me money :uhh:

Checking for owner of the phone number

I know a lot of numbers aren't just listed, but some have callerID "tags". So I wonder if there is a way to enter phone number and find out who's the provider, VZ, ATT, GV and maybe who will pop-out on caller ID?

Why do cats...

Like to sniff your fingers before they let you pet them?

I have 2 cats and if I have been gone a while and then come home, they have to sniff my fingers before they will let me pet them.

I assume this is some way of identification to make sure you are not a stranger or something of that nature?

I tried to google, but could not find a good answer.

Laptop after warranty - is this right?

to make a long story short...i bought a TOSHIBA laptop from walmart in july of 2008. about 5 months after i bought it, it started to just shut off on it's own. it heats up a LOT - and it shuts off when it does that. the heating up situation has since then, gotten much better...but, here's the issue i'm having right now:

when i turn my laptop on for the first time throughout the day, it'll stay on for a good 30 minutes...then BAM...it turns off. just out of nowhere, even. so, i turn it back on and it's good from there on out. well, i called TOSHIBA, and told them about this issue [since it's been going on for quite some time now, and is basically brand new - keep in mind i've been calling them since this first started up months and months ago] and they continue to tell me that there's nothing that they can do, even before the warranty ran out.

does anyone have any suggestions as to what i can do about this? obviously, i am a tad bit on the frustrated side right now. i went out and spent $600 on a laptop that doesn't even do what it's supposed to do half of the time.

thanks in advance for your responses! :]]
