 You Said OK all,I got the answer for people who have verizon on-line, for those who have other ISPs, try this 1st and if it doesn't work, then try MSN support. this is where i found the solution from.

Click start, click run and type following command:

regsvr32 msxml3.dll ( type this exactly as you see it, yes there is a space, no space after dll)

then click ok.

then re-start installation of the MSN installation icon.

And you will be fine.
