Mexico's digital transition

Maybe they could have made the transition more like Mexico's and have it in Phases. Mexico isn't shutting down analog until 12.31.2021. Yes I said 2021. XETV our Mexican CW affiliate is shutting off analog on 6.12.09 but they will replace the CW programming with Mexican programming. CW programming will be on their DT channel but a Mexican channel could be a subchannel on the DT signal. I still think 2.17.09 should have been the date for DTV. Finding a date and sticking to it works the best.
