Comments on news posted 2009-02-18 13:36:08: As part of AT&T's merger conditions (pdf) when they acquired Bellsouth, they were forced to offer 768kbps DSL for $10. To (kind of) keep their promise, AT&T now offers the tier, but they don't tell anyone it's available. ..
