The ISP's knew exactly what they were putting on thier networks and how it worked, they can play dumb all they like but they accepted money from these companies to sell our data based on how the tecnology worked and how much they were being paid. |

So tell me again why this lawsuit is going forward other than to make the suing lawfirm some money by greenmailing some ISPs with a class action lawsuit. |

Even though they claimed they didn't intercept anything, they facilitated Adzilla in doing so. that to me is no different than facilitating in bank robbing. Besides, if you break the law, why does it matter if the party that did it no longer does it? A crime is a crime, plain and simple. You no harm no foul people are annoying..Peace -- BlooMe |

| reply to TKJunkMail It's going forward by certain affected parties who want to serve notice to ISPs that this profit line will not be tolerated. Suing Adzilla doesn't burn the fingers of the ISPs, but suing the ISPs directly makes them understand that consumer and legal backlash is significant enough that they should stay away from DPI of their customer's sessions.
Sure, the lawyers make money, but the plaintiffs underscore their point. |

Cox here does ads based on the channels you watch. But, you can beat that. Turn it onto Lifetime all day. I saw more women's commercials than ever. I even leave the TV on all night to Lifetime. My cat watches the colors.
If you use https on all sites, can they track you anyway? |
