 | | Look how comcapstic! The slowsky's were shocked today to learn that dsl from the phone companies have higher caps than comcast.
Learning this, bill passed into a coma from which he has yet to recover.
I'm just glad that they are limited to messing up my tv, and have nothing to do with my internet.

Arlington, VA | Actions Speak Louder Than Words And thats whats at the epicenter of all of Comcast's problems.
It was sometime back in the late 90s when I canceled my service with Comcast and hand carried the cable box back to their offices here in Arlington, VA.
Almost eight months later, I get a letter from Comcast stating that because I had not returned the box they were going to charge me for it. Its been so long now that I don't remember the exact cost but it was like 200 bucks.
Naturally, I refused to pay because I did in-fact return the box and they refused to believe that I had. As a result they filed a fraudulent claim with the credit bureaus and it sat on my credit reports for seven years. I'll never forgive Comcast for that and have thus avoided their services at every opportunity.
Right now I'm a very satisfied Verizon FIOS customer and the bad part of Comcast is that one of my primary requirements in my home search is that the neighborhood be services by FIOS. Comcast will NEVER see my money again until they apologize and I know thats not gonna happen. | |

| | | Comcast Sucks! Comcast made a mess in my house and it cost me time and money to bring everything back to normal with AT&T which I also think abuses its power overcharging customers.
But anyway, I not even want to think about Comcast after what they've done to me.
They came to my house to install wireless internet. They left me without telephone and without internet for a month. I called BBB and that was another waste of time. The solution was to run back to AT&T which cost me a lot. After 25 years giving my money monthly to them, they treated me like a new customer and charged me whatever they could to put my telephone line and internet back to work. And what about comcast? When is Obama going to put his hands over these Cable TV companies to slow their arrogance? They became so powerful that they don't give a damn to customers. "You want it, good for you. You don't want it GFY" As simple as that. | |

I hit 250GB regularly with a family of 4, netflix streaming, itunes, pron, streaming radio, hulu, how long will 250GB be enough for everyone else. Innovation will be hurt and its all comcasts fault. | |

| Re: Comcast Sucks! I put the cap to the test last month, I downloaded 360 gb and didnt get a e-mail notification,slowdown in service or anything. I do wish they would have a little better pricing on their bundle deals. Ive been a customer since day 1 and they treat new customers as if they have been customers since day 1 and give them the best deals. I have cable internet 15000/1500,telephone, and digital cable. They were going to charge me $170 a month, I called to disconnect and they dropped it to $120 a month what does that tell you? Tells me to have at&t on standby for their next big jump in price, ill do it again. | |
