200MB cap is useless for a laptop. Lets assume that I telecommute, or work on the road. A 3G/DSL bundle WOULD be good. A 200MB cap is rediculous. This isn't WAP data we're talking about. -- Canada = Hollywood North |

Besides a great market for soon to be "unlocked" netbooks, the really cool tech will be GPS enhanced Netbook recovery, in case your machine is lost or stolen.
That would be a feature that they could sell.
And what about some real usage cap tiers?
500 MB, 2.5 GB, 5GB, 15 GB. |

Yeah, 200 MB is ridiculous. A few-minute YouTube video is 10 MB. I can hit 200 MB surfing on my smartphone in a month. |

I think the idea of the bundle is a great idea, however it should come with the standard 5GB of data. -- When you can't make them see the light, make them feel the heat. -Ronald Reagan-

Get real. Were you really expecting 5gigs on the $60 bundle? Stockholders were pissed enough with the $10 DSL 'giveaway' when they acquired BS. They sure as heck weren't going to put up with ATT cannibalizing the existing 5gig plan. |
