Comments on news posted 2009-04-23 16:33:21: Broadband ISP outage credits are a fickle affair. Some ISPs give them freely, while some ISPs do not. Other ISPs have monthly quoatas where if they're being too generous for the month, they'll simply stop offering service credits no matter what.. ..
