...ALWAYS try to polish bovine fecal matter?
It will NEVER shine!
They're nuts it they think that they throw legalese into this, and make it smell like a rose.
If people have to pay more for metered access, than they will get angry.
Perhaps they should have metered phone and TV access as well, it's all the same pipe.
How would it be if you got billed $1 for every show after 12 hours a month of TV that you used? How would it be if you got billed $1 for every call you made over your cap of 40 a month?

No matter how they spin it, they are in deep doo doo with their clientele.
