It's no great loss.

No great loss. I've created a Twitter account and don't see the point of it. I see it as fad that will soon fade away.

Twitter Struggles Under DDoS Attack

Personally, I have no use for Twitter - I have a Facebook account which I closely monitor even to the point of canning it period. As for ISP's and news providers that have integrated Twitter into their services, I would think it would be fair to say that they did not do due diligence on this an other social-engineering services. It has no impact on me so I don't really care as some others have said in other words.
