Final word: Comcast does NOT block ports on biz accounts

I have two Comcast commercial HSI accounts, and use them to host 8-10 virtual servers living on 2 physical machines, all on static IPs, and I've never seen a port blocked. Nor have I seen any throttling or caps. I pay about $100 per account, each with 5 statics. (As mentioned in a previous post, you can't get statics on residential accounts). Finally, the business support group is far and away more professional and capable than their hopeless residential counterparts. With no MetroE, no FIOS or any other fiber available to me, I'm quite pleased to get a cumulative 50 down and about 12 up (no, I don't aggregate) for 200 bucks.
