"Blazing" DSL

I do believe I asked this on the Friday links: Should I try to get at least 5Mb DSL & ask the rep if I need to keep a fire extinguisher handy?

if you wind up with an incompetent customer support representative, kindly ask them to have their boss come to the phone and make the request for that employee to be trained more... or if you feel like having a little fun, call back and mess with their head a little and really send them for a loop

My fios, not dsl from verizon

Dear Whom it concerns,
I am a tech out in the field, i know i am one in a few but this product is pretty cool!! I have been installing fios in my area since before verizon had the right for video(TV). I would say it is a big install but done right it , it will be high above cable best effort!! I just wish all jobs could be simple, but some times to have it done right it takes time. I am still blown away every day at all the new features that still continue to come... to the future... that's the way we must think.
