 yup @shawcable.net | haha if you wind up with an incompetent customer support representative, kindly ask them to have their boss come to the phone and make the request for that employee to be trained more... or if you feel like having a little fun, call back and mess with their head a little and really send them for a loop  | |

I have been installing fios in my area since before verizon had the right for video(TV). I would say it is a big install but done right it , it will be high above cable best effort!! I just wish all jobs could be simple, but some times to have it done right it takes time. I am still blown away every day at all the new features that still continue to come... to the future... that's the way we must think. | |
