NOT ENOUGH

So far only about 60 some odd people have replied, so that's not enough to make these companies rethink or change.
U can just be one of those unsatisfied people that leave and get replaced with a new sub.

And don't bother calling their customer service to complain. You'll be laughed off the phone.

Corporations don't take anyone seriously when they say they will leave, UNLESS IT'S IN DROVES. Until that happens, you're on your own.

Small Biz Alt?

I have been using Vonage for a couple years since I moved out of the leased office and into my sis's house for for our business. We have one phone line and one fax line. Originally our price was about $49/mo with Vonage, which was a bargain compared to Verizon's charges. Now we pay somewhere around $69 per month.

Question - we need a phone and fax line, currently she has Comcast for TV and internet and we use the Vonage service off that signal with 2 lines. Verizon Fios is now available in the area. What is our best option going forward? A bundle with Comcast, a move to Fios, a solution such as one of the options mentioned above? The only things we really need are fax, and call forwarding to my cell when I'm traveling.

Appreciate all input, as I want to get rid of Vonage due to a number of reasons, not the least is this creeping of prices toward the century mark!

Thanks.

about vonage prices

see about 6 months ago I was getting tired of vonage jacking up the price from 24.99 to 33 dollars a month so I called up vonage and I told him that I want my plan be less then 20 dollars a month or I was switching to a different provider. After I said that they switch me from 33 dollars month to 19 dollars a month for the unlimited plan. Dont let vonage jerk you around with the price just call them up and tell them straight.
