| why is this such a big deal my 3g blackberry since getting it 8 mths ago gets crappy reception, drops calls and randomly reboots.
So why all of the special attention for the iPhone customers?

| Can anybody say Stockholm syndrome? They are trapped with AT&T exclusivity and many refuse to see any flaws in anything Apple related (ie. don't hold it that way) so of course they're going to put AT&T in a positive light. I think the fact that iPhone users are more satisfied than other AT&T customers (why would they be other than their adoration for the phone itself?) speaks for itself. | |
