Being overcharged by AT&T

For the past year of only having just AT&T for my DSL and no landline, I am being charged $40.35 a month by AT&T. I started as a customer with them when they were called SBCglobal back 11 years ago for just landline phone. After using several other dialup services, I decided to use SBCglobal about 4 years ago. When they changed to AT&T I was being charged $19.99 a month, then it was $24.99 a month till last November 2009. I had my landline phone turned off thinking I would be able to save some money. Well, the following month I received a bill for $35 for internet. Then to have the McAfee Security suite which I had since I joined them for the DSL, I am now being charged an extra $5 a month plus tax. Total of $40.35 a month. This is ridiculous AT&T and I have NEVER been late on a payment. I am considering finding a new ISP that will give me better service (AT&T is so slow on my computer, yet tech says I am SUPPOSE to get 1.5 mbsp, NOT!!! Download barely 300 and upload barely 100) Go figure AT&T that is why you are losing customers. Ripping off your customer with the price and stealing their paid for broadband.
