No more secrets

There might be a few closely-guarded secrets in the name of nat'l security, but this really has to stop! Let us see what they are doing so we can decide if it is acceptable.

The Corruption Meter

I see the Patriot Act as a clever tool to measure corruption levels in the United States government. Because it has to be renewed every few years, it's an accurate way to measure how many corrupt fascists reside in the current Congress.

So when an extension to this thing fails to pass one day, we will know that corruption in the U.S. government has been pushed down to manageable levels.

...I don't expect to see that in my lifetime.

Washington At Work Again

Funny how quickly they can all come together to eviscerate our rights in perpetuity, isn't it?

Create jobs? Takes forever. Pass a budget? Even longer. Get Americans healthcare? Forget it.

But in 5 minutes, they can pass this, and how dare we have any floor votes on amendments that would "endanger" the country.

This is why I'm done with politics.

Go Montana!

At least both of our senators were against this POS.

Too bad the majority vote approved it.

What does it matter where he signed it? The Office of President goes wherever the president is. And so does the press, so what did he avoid?

We lost...

The terrorists won. They instilled the idea that were are never safe and have to give up our freedoms because of them.

Maybe they didn't want to aggravate the militia groups in Montana that are classified by the US as terrorist organizations and subject to the Patriot Act. Lots of militia supporters voting in Montana.

That's the great thing about being in DC. You at least know you don't have a voice in government! Too bad they put up theatre for the rest of us.

Using the auto-signer used for signing memorabilia and Christmas cards is an admission of the worthlessness of that office.

this is beginning to sound like the situation in egypt, where the government was using all the powers reserved for state of emergency... lets ask the president of egypt how that is going for him now...

Heres your no-longer conspiracy, all the proof you should ever need (as if we needed more).

Don't forget you can be arrested for showing respect to our (now defunct) constitutions founding fathers.

Re: Washington At Work Again

me too.you vote for either democrats or republicans and you are so screwed.
time to vote indie all the time and put my money where my mouth is.
the more who vote indie the less the other two parties will get.
