Big Suprise

I had a phone bank call from Pakistan? anyway when I didn't do what the caller wanted me to do he started hitting me up with Islamic insults that where meaningless to me. I suppose this was his way of doing jihad. I was laughing my ass off.

Not really a screening problem

It was an employee that didn't feel like doing their job and decided to quit spectacularly and burn every bridge.

Why is this news ?

Surely there must be something more important to report on today ?

I guess Karl couldn't find any anti-Verizon stories today.

Facebook Works Both Ways!

I rather enjoy the fact that the customer couldn't get satisfaction until posting the story on the company's Facebook page.

I certainly had a *duh* moment when I realized how much power this has given back to the consumer. Every company has rushed to create a page on Facebook to connect with their consumers and unwittingly probably usurped the local news media consumer complaint desk.

obvious?

Isn't that what Time Warner wants to do anyway (with the caps)?

Because it came from his "pal" at "stop the cap". Don't ya know that whenever these two get together the world stops for just a moment or at least they think it does.

Re: Geez

Excellent point. The CSR wasn't really lying per se, he just notified her of the impending screwing in his own special way instead of following the script.

Perish the thought. Actually, I don't think the world stops for anything. I could have written about Casey Anthony trying to get an unlimited data plan from Verizon before being led off to the slammer... forever, but no.
