Chesterfield, MO | Facebook Works Both Ways! I rather enjoy the fact that the customer couldn't get satisfaction until posting the story on the company's Facebook page.
I certainly had a *duh* moment when I realized how much power this has given back to the consumer. Every company has rushed to create a page on Facebook to connect with their consumers and unwittingly probably usurped the local news media consumer complaint desk. |
