We understand your concerns and want to reassure you that our Excessive Use Policy will affect a very small number of customers. In any given month, less than 0.5% (one half of one percent) of customers approach the limits. This small group of customers is on the extreme margin, downloading 30-1,000 times the amount of data compared to a normal customer in a month. This high usage would equate to millions of emails, tens of thousands of photos or MP3 files and hundreds of hours of streaming videos. What happens in 3-5 years when 0.5% of your customers are NOT reaching the cap?
said by talz13:That's the thing, it can't handle it in many markets. Have you seen how many people on CL complain about service slowing to a crawl during peak times?
