We understand your concerns and want to reassure you that our Excessive Use Policy will affect a very small number of customers. In any given month, less than 0.5% (one half of one percent) of customers approach the limits. This small group of customers is on the extreme margin, downloading 30-1,000 times the amount of data compared to a normal customer in a month. This high usage would equate to millions of emails, tens of thousands of photos or MP3 files and hundreds of hours of streaming videos. If you have additional questions or concerns you can reach us at TalkToUs@CenturyLink.com. Please include your name and account information when reaching out.
Sincerely, the @CenturyLinkHelp Team
What happens in 3-5 years when 0.5% of your customers are NOT reaching the cap?
