I'd love to see this......

And have google get drained for billions in the process (clearwire style), all while getting their rear-end kicked as 2015 will be way too late to join the party.

how about a network for nexus devices

one very interesting thing would be if google built a network and than offered free access to people who bought nexus devices and chromebooks.

I would see the price of those devices going up substantially.

One of..

the combinations talked about was with Google getting Dish's spectrum then buying tmobile outright. Can we say BOOM! Apple would be in a panic. Then would it be Sprint to be bought next by Apple. If that happens you then have Verizon and ATT going bonkers to. It could be a very interesting few years ahead. I like it.

Not likely to happen but if so more likely parings..

Apple-ATT (most established relationship)

Google-Sprint (both open source minded, strong existing relationships, Google already rumored to buy the Sprint HQ campus in KC, perhaps for Google Fiber HQ)

Microsoft-Verizon (the biz focused network)

Samsung-Tmob (the everything else network)

Dish was working with Sprint at one point to host on Sprint's new Network Vision infrastructure. Sprint is designing NV to allow MVNO infrastructure popped in, similar to a telcom hotel. But then they started to argue about invading frequencies, so may not happen.

Hah. I imagine there are a lot of people dreaming for that highly improbable chain of events.
