Why not buy T-Mobile?

Why not buy T-Mobile? They already have towers in place and other infrastructure in place, all they need is an infusion of some cash. Instant ready-made network. Sure they need some upgrades but it'll be a he'll of a lot cheaper than having to build a network from scratch.
