Like buying a car and paying again for the engine

Hmmm .. it's $1.50 OR GREATER and my guess is that most people will see the "or greater" bit. Sports programming isn't cheap, nor are some of the specialty channels -- yet we are forced into having them.

If you think this Broadcast TV fee will generate oodles of income for CC, just think how much they are getting for charging customers for their OWNED equipment !

Ah well, someone has to pay for those outsourced CAEs who have difficulty reading their scripts.

Time to play the game?

According to this website the top lobbyist was AT&T.

With only 5 million dollars AT&T, Comcast, Google, and Verizon can buy our government! I think it is time for the American people to throw their hat into the game. I would be happy to throw in $10 to cause major change in the entertainment, telecom, and internet world. Only need to find 499,999 more.

Screw commenting, I'm starting a Kickstarter.
