Comments on news posted 2014-02-05 09:14:05: For a long time Verizon was dead silent regarding their cooperation with the NSA, with the only public comment at one point being to mock Yahoo and Google for demanding greater government transparency. ..

Its the US government misinformation train

So the US government is using Verizon to spread misinformation to create a 'fork' in the publics understanding of the situation. Government runs these types of schemes on nearly all information fed to the public, and this is confirmed through sources like Dr. Duncan a DOD/US DOJ/CIA surveillance system architect, and info that says the President can force any company/entity to lie about internal affairs to conceal evidence and government/internal conduct. This is plainly stated on the MAINWAY Database page on Wikipedia, tied to federal rules and regulation.

Dr. Duncan calls these cover stories which the Pentagon/NSA/President make up to deceive the public. Yep...

Meanwhile, whistleblowers Russell Tice and Bill Binney pretty much confirmed that content of calls/digital communications/etc is being recorded and kept at the Bluffdale data center in Utah, which has the capacity for a 100 years worth of content data. Lol.

Verizon also has incentive to lie for liability reasons, to avoid damaging their reputation or other more serious consequences.

The program changes made by the government to improve transparency is in fact a cover program to feed Americans false information that would throw everybody off, and cause mass confusion on the issue (if everyone is split on their understanding of the problem, they have gained the support of the zombies who believe their side, skewing efforts of the ones who understand whats happening to do anything).

He is a lawyer

so what he says doesn't matter and has nothing to do with truth. It only has to do with protecting his clients interest (making more money) regardless of what the actual truth is.

You really shouldn't cite Wikipedia; it's not an authoritative source and anyone can write nonsense there.

Everything on Wikipedia is actually cited from other sources. Its verifiable. The biggest problem is going to be censorship and fact that not all information is actually written into or included on Wikipedia. As such, it's a fully reliable source for the cited information it provides even given these limitations, just as long as its used for the individual facts..

That kind of shut him up for a while.
Any how, information is information, even if its a lie because you can just compare sources.

Re: He is a lawyer

Since when do lawyers work for the truth? They are 'law'yers so what they do does not involve the truth unless it helps them.

There's the image of a lawyer and then there's the reality.

They operate under the law, and what is legal. So if its legal to seed false government provided information with an order to lie or conceal something, they will..

US information drain

IF national corporations are so worried about delicate information they have one choice. No web access to office machines. Perform regular backups to your own secured back up server, and store the tapes in your own off-site vault.
