The cable industry has taken all the risks in the past 15 years, investing again and again in local plant, while telco has been lax, mostly willing to milk its existing copper - the result has been an exodus to cable broadband, which continues to offer more speed for less money every successive year.
And yet, we have nimrods proposing to reward cable's efforts with ... confiscation.
