Absofreakinglutely hilarious. I hope the RIAA gets a taste of their own medicine.

Based on that, I would be led to believe that the RIAA supports downloading of files as long as you don't upload them.

Like something out of a Kafka novel. Now let's get the BSA to audit them and see how many unlicensed copies of Office they have!

According to »www.cryogenius.com/dmca.htm, violations of the DMCA can be as high as $500,000 and 5 years in prison. We can only hope.

 Can you say hypocrisy?

Looks like Rosen and company need to be exposed for the
hypocrites they are. "Do as I say, not as I do, " goes a
rather appropriate quote.

RIAA employees won't have any MP3's or divx rips on their hard drives. They get their music and movies for free, and you pay for it!

It's part of the "free goods" charge, which is built into the wholesale price of the product, charged to the retailer and passed on to you!

It's a marketing strategy with the purpose of promoting the product to retailers and other industry participants. Don't ask me how promotion occurs when the product is passed out to RIAA or entertainment company employees. Word of mouth?

Apparently, they don't realize that it should actually read "When you buy a CD, you're downloading Communism".

Actually, when you buy a CD you are just making the rich get richer, so I don't think its communism.

When you buy a CD, you're giving them money to pay lawyers to sue you!
