before you flame me, I've been on AOL now for about 8 years, and if I wasn't getting it for free I would have cancelled years ago. They first of all need to change how simple it is to create accounts. I've never seen an ISP riddled with so many scam artists trying (and succeeding) to pilfer accounts and/or hijack them. Any Tom DICK and Harry can create an account. I'm sick of all the spam I get on a daily basis from AOL screenames telling me that I was caught scrolling in a chatroom or I've gotten another TOS or I have unread netmail (funny, i'm the one that catches and TOS the scrollers). They don't know how to stop it. Before the account gets reported and cancelled, they've already been emailed passwords from n00bs or unsuspecting people that don't know better to realize the webpage they werent sent to isn't on the AOL domain, but on some other newly created site that uses AOL images.
