| I like this quote on their DNS FAQ I like this quote on their DNS FAQ "VeriSign is directly connected to the White House, ISPs, and major Internet corporations in order to alert them to any suspicious Internet activity." yes I am sure there is a "DNS Red Phone" in the oval office!
Something tells me my laptop is about as connected to the white house as they are! -- Check Out My VOIP Uptime Report Page @ »www.thevoipforum.com/stats/stats.htm

LOL! Well technically, if "W" has a PC, he's connected to THEM, in a roundabout way.
But I digress... | |

| Time to boycott Verisign
We no longer have any current or future dealings with network solutions and versign nor do we have an intentions on dealing with them ever.
We have added thier 3 ASN's to our RBL list so any of thier junk will be rejected with a terse message saying why they are being ignored. If others do this on a large scale they will have a real problem.
E-Mail from verisign's entire network can be blocked by thier AS (Autonomous System Number) assignment.
The following RBL entries will do the trick.
as7342.rbl.cluecentral.net as26134.rbl.cluecentral.net as26415.rbl.cluecentral.net

| Bill Gates will SUE them For those of you familiar with internet explorer, normally it gives you a page VERY similar to the one Verisign is displaying... in fact, i've gotten the verisign thing several times this week and NEVER noticed it until I read this article.... I thought microsoft had just updated the one built into IE.. Silly me.
Anyway, Bill Gates will most likely be pissed, as this now takes away from the MSN search that would come up when you got the address wrong...
