Ok i Have a Problem
That is i am a member to a small group that is run by a family that supplies a webmail service.

I know for a fact that a member of that family is logging in with my user name and password and reading my emails.

Can i take some sort of action against these people to have them stop or in worse case have them now shut down???

ISP neglect of encryption makes WebMail risky

When ISPs fail to provide a secure (encrypted) connection, webmail users' passwords are easily intercepted. Why can't Charter customers log into (»mail.charter.net) with a secure connection (»https://mail.charter.net)? This lack of security unnecessarily exposes Charter customers to identity theft.
