| I don't like them
Especially when you have to wait for it to load a java applet or have to download some strange plug in. Plus if I am surfing at night I don't like to have to find the control to turn them down so I won't wake up those who sleep. -- If you voted for Bush becuase you are afraid of terrorists you let the terrorists win. | reply to TexasGuy Truth be told, I don't. I do however have Java installed on my system and have I have Flash also. And since that is what a lot of the videos use I am up the creek unless I either unistall them or block all flash/shockwave objects and all java applets. -- If you voted for Bush becuase you are afraid of terrorists you let the terrorists win. This plug stops the Flash file from playing and puts a placeholder with a play button in the center. If you want to see the animation, just click inside the placeholder. |

I'm, thankfully, not among them, but some people do actually like watching commercials. I think it could possibly be diagnosed as some sort of mental condition. |
