 | | i just was served papers and am being sued f last night 8/4/05, my doorbell rang..a strange looking character asked me if i was kelly f and i replied yes. he then handed me a thick pile of papers and said "good luck".
It is an actual law suit for my 13 year old daughter that downloaded about 10-20 cds. i am a single mother of 3 living beyond my paycheck to paycheck..why are they picking on me? I dont even have a deposit to give an attorney to help me..I have 20 days to submit an answer to the nj district court..any advice out there?? | |
