 | | Cable is better Charter's DVR is a better box than Tivo. It's a few more dollars and it has a dual tuner, VoD, live TV pause (although it's buffer is slower than the direct feed and can cause "echoing" in the house) the series record options and more features that are coming. The 1st series box only has an 80GB Hard Drive and doesn't have the "auto record" options but the next series of box has double the hard disk space, the availibility to hook it up to 2 TV's and eventually it will be able to act as a wireless gateway for my internet. Tivo has it's neat auto record and nothing else.
