Did anybody find out how long this promotion is valid? How long did the previous one last for? I'll be moving on July 1st to a new apartment that the cable company doesn't service. How much do you pay for just basic local phone service?

Hi Im a AOL Dail Up user Im Trying to get SBC DSL online but it says that I am Outside DSL Service Area And I live in Stockton, CA and I see like a 6 story SBC building in downtown. Then My Local Best Buy sells SBC DSL but havent talked to them yet. The only Broadband I know i can get is Comcast Cable and it cost about $57 a month over here.
