That boy is lucky that Comcast sucks

If the Comcast service was working perfectly, there would be no need to call a tech, and therefore they would not be able to rescue the boy.

I'll get modded for this but to reply in such a manner it's too bad you have to be an a$$.

Go get a life.

Yes but

1. As soon as the Comcast techs left the kid was drowning agian.

2. They got billed for the service call.

3. They were overcharged for HBO.

confusion

what about the woman?

kudos to the techs, and i know we don't know the whole background, but i couldn't help being struck by the fact that this woman who flagged them down and said "bottom of the pool" kinda dropped the ball on this one...why did she leave the child in the bottom of the pool underwater while going to try to flag someone down, hoping they'd stop? even if she didn't know cpr, she could have at least pulled him out of the water? even if she couldn't swim, she could wade in and just reach down and get him? just seems odd...i'd recommend if you ever see a child in the bottom of the pool that you pull him out and then get help, preferably by called 911 and not just hoping a savvy motorist will come along .
