| Good And Bad Cookies are good if you want them and bad if you don't. I use a handy little free program called EmpTemp...

...which allows me to put cookies I want to keep (to sites I visit frequently where I want my browsing info saved) in a "Save" list, then I can easily delete all others with one click. You can also pull out just the cookie from a site which stores the browsing info that is helpful, and then easily dump all the tracking cookies that go along for the ride. Great program to keep your computer nice and tidy. | |

| But.. Cookies are only 'sometimes food' now I'd love to believe you Mr. Marketing man, but you need to get your story straight. I've been told that cookies are only a 'sometimes food' now, so I can't have them when I browse the web anymore.

| How does one undelete a cookie? I thought the whole idea of deletion was a permanent removal of something. Does an undelete-process actually scan the hard drive looking for fragmented and or trancated bytes of former files and then repairs them (and re-adds them) back into existence? | |
