| What I find so offensive... about the protecting children from porn stance is that it is taken directly out of the music industry's/hollywood's propaganda play book, which is like turning to a pedophile to teach us how to raise children.
If Congress is so worried about the fact that this culture is awash in pornography(which I agree is a problem), then the first job should be to end the sewage coming out of television, hollywood, the music industry. We live constantly inundated by pornography and that is primarily the fault of the very industries that so cynically play this protect the children angle. It shines light on our real value system that nothing will be done about the root of the pornographic culture, because there are too many people making a crapload of money off of it. | |
