It just seems to me that taxes should be based either on where you work or on where you live, but it should be consistent. It really doesn't matter which one, there are beneficial situations either way... (ie you live in NY but telecommute to FL) but the states need to pick one and stick with it.

It's Tennessee's turn now...
Since NY is due income taxes from this guy who lives in TN, then maybe either the guy or TN can sue NY for not providing any services that the taxes are used for. It makes no sense for the Supreme Court not to hear this. This is a clear example provided in the Constitution for the Supreme Court to hear. Maybe this guy needs to file a case fro TN.
