| Ho, Ho, Ho, Merry Lawsuit I don't know, I guess it's the way it has to be, but it still irks me that anyone can claim anything against anyone and then disrupt their whole life, in addition to untold costs, with the legal system. I think someone needs to accuse the riaa with trespass and have their entire collection of computers, records, phone records, company memos, email, and personnel, collected as evidence and tied up in court while they're all examined for a plausible sounding complaint against them. Basically what the riaa is doing against anyone they can find that fits their profile and makes the national news. It's all about big fines and publicity, it has nothing to do with recouping costs for artists or the recording companies, just scaring the crap out of the little guy to keep all the other little guys in line.
