Comments on news posted 2006-02-16 12:32:19: Earthlink began offering new DSL and home phone service (not to be confused with regular VoIP) to customers in San Francisco, San Jose, Seattle, and Dallas earlier this month. Users in those markets can get 1.5Mbps DSL with 500 minute VoIP for $49. ..
