| RE:KONTIKI I have no problems with the Technology that Kontiki is using I personally think they have a great product and p2p content distribution is part of the future of television and the internet.
My beef Kontiki is the way Kontiki tries to install its self in a manner similar to the way malware installs on your PC and Kontiki is hard to remove and find the files for the average user .
It installs in your Windows folder c:\windows\kdx\khost.exe There is no reference to AOL or Kontiki with that file Name .
They do this so if you go to any Kontiki enabled site like Download.com or IN2TV the plugin is already installed on your system .

2 edits | Re: RE:KONTIKI They're using P2P? AOL has some good servers, I was hoping they'd deliver the videos like they do in Winamp. I also expected they'd use NSV. Guess not.
Anyway, are they going to add Tiny Toons and Animaniacs?
EDIT: Also, does anyone know where the videos are downloaded? EDIT2: Never mind, it's under My Deliveries in My Documents

| FOr any Canadians, does it work for you? For any Canadians, does AOL's In2TV work for you? I can't seem to get it to work.
It plays the commercial, but then just sits there and doesn't do a damn thing. I tried the Hi-Q version, but no luck either ... I get an error message that says that the file must be played in AOL Video Player and to go visit www.aol.com/video.
