I was expecting 199$, as I think everyone was, but 250$ still looks cheap when Sony and Microsoft are asking twice as much or more for their offerings.

Nintendo just sticks with games, period. I don't want it to play DVDs so I can watch movies, or MP3s to replace my iPod, or on-line capability (I got my PC for that)...
The Wii may not be as fancy as the other consoles but for me the two most important factors are 1.) it'll be cheap and 2.) the games are just fun to play. |

Well, I personally would like a device that was an all-in-one. However, usually this functionality comes at a price of things being overlooked, or features taking a front-seat ahead of the games. Until that ever becomes a reality, I'd just as much stick to a product and company that's primarily focused around the central purpose for owning a video game unit. |

There were tens of thousaands of games released across the nintendo, snes and n64. They should atleast do a monthly fee of like 20 bucks a month and you play what you want. :/
