Do you got the V8 and Offroad/Towing package?

I know someone with that truck and borrowed it a few times, very nice, powerful and drives smoother than a car.

I can hear the sweet sound of those mechanical lift valves now.The deep growl of the dual exhaust notes,The smell and smoke of freshly laid rubber,as that Hemi looks for forward traction..Its Heaven.

That is a beautiful muscle car.Unfortunately its an historic car era we will never see again.

Back in the day, real car options included choice of engine, C.I.D and horse power, rear gears, items that meant business. Not like the goofy stuff today..CD players ,and the amount of speakers lol

How does a 426 make its power: Its got to be voodoo baby

Dealers just started getting them in the last couple weeks. They are still in very short supply. The only reason I got mine so fast was that an internet saleswoman for the dealer and I were trading emails for a few weeks and when the car came in she tipped me off about it and I was at the dealer when it opened the next morning. They hadn't even finished prepping it and I had to wait an hour to test drive it. But I liked it and bought it on the spot.

Re: Cars....

Very nice car, I assume you did not get the STI if so you must of thrown in a lot of money into that car. Great handling and performance, I want that car but cannot afford it. So I am settling with a Volkswagon GTI.

Only problem is that I did not want a turbo car so I will probably need to get a turbo timer for it.

If this was the case, why do state and local governments have to spend tons of money translating and reprinting documents in numerous foreign languages. At least if there is an official language, we can begin to put an end to that.

Road Runners

Car Pics.rar 576,132 bytes
Over the winter I purchased a 1971 Road Runner. Its stock has over 100k miles on it,it runs ok for stock, but the old girl is tired, rusted. Its a perfect ground up restoration project, sometime later this or next year.

I included some pics of it.My main everyday vehicle is a 1990 s-10 chevy blazer 4+4, V 6, nothing special.

Now that spring is here its time to change from my blazer to my fun to drive, very traction limited Vega. 3rd gear starts on level pavement from stop signs are normal.I kid you not.

There is a *before* as i bought it and some after pics. Its nothing special...The 436 CID small block Chevy engine in it is.In order for it to be a daily driver,I had to swap the hi- rise duel carb tunnel ram for an Edelbrock RPM performer intake manifold. Its a fun wheelie mobile

The Subspace Communications Network

You could have a real time telephone conversation with someone in our neighboring star-system using subspace technology.

Subspace signals travel many times faster than the speed of light, but subspace radio signals, even those highly focused and radially polarized will decay over time and even "surface" to become normal slower EM. Therefore, a subspace relay will have to be set every 22.65 light years under optimal galactic conditions. Note that this is an approximation, subatomic particles, dark matter, and high intensity gravity wells have been known to disrupt, deflect, or even absorb subspace transmissions, therefore an average string-cell will be approximately twenty light years.

Scientists continue to conduct experiments with higher energy levels in an attempt to drive communications signals into "deeper" layers of subspace, where it is thought the signal will travel up to 80% farther prior to decay.

Isn't subspace just a scifi thing not based in reality? As scientists still can't detect any hyperspace to this day.
