Put this cap on dial up

You could put a 100GB cap on my dial up connection for a year, and it couldn't be reached at full bore (which, here is 2.5kBps).

My message, be thankful. At this point, I would take any high speed option I could.

I'm actually thinking of a T1 line, and providing internet service to the outlying neighborhood.

Nice Try

18mbps, let alone any MBPS doesn't matter. Companies just don't get it. There are bandwidth caps yes, but there are also throttling methods that reduce P2P traffic, or anything else that takes up the majority of the bandwidth. What good is 18mbps when your downloads are capped to a few kbps? Get with the times. The people that would pay $100 for these services are idiots.
