People down there should find out where this mystery woman lives and picket her house. It's apparently going to take more than a little publicity to make her withdraw or explain herself.
It's possible television news pictures of people protesting outside her house might do it. |

...it's Thursday and the last person has to come to court and explain themselves today.
Anyone local care to watch the news for this? |

| According to this article ( »www.theadvertiser.com/apps/pbcs.···340/1002 ), the court time is set for 9:30 AM. I believe that means that the last person has about 40 minutes to appear in court. Should be interesting if they come forward or disappear as well. |

| Probably getting paid.
Probably a couple of locals who have no idea what the whole debate is even about that the incumbents have approached and said "We'll pay you $XXX if we can file on your behalf to stop this project."
Maybe one of them finally figured out what the real deal was--or other locals figured out who they were and convinced them the money wasn't worth what they were doing? -- I'd kill for a Nobel peace prize! |

OR, they found out how much public scrutiny they would be under. |

This statement in the news story: quote: The Third Circuit Court of Appeal on Thursday is set to hear Naquins appeal
doesn't mean she will need to appear. -- -- Join Red Room Forum BLOG tkjunkmail.blogspot.com My Web Page |

| A real quick search on 411.com found this. Remember, it is a white pages lookup, not anything sinister.
Eugene & Elizabeth Naquin 317 Chastant Blvd Lafayette, LA 70508 (337) 264-9369
A google search on the phone number shows. This:
Elizabeth Naquin, (337) 264-9369, 317 Chastant Blvd, Lafayette, LA 70508
Could it be....? |

Pawns seems to be the operative word here. The Daily Advertiser did publish some digging info: »www.acadiananow.com/apps/pbcs.dl···347/1002 and a search does show Naquin at the Chastant address with a DOB of 1944 »www.zabasearch.com/query1_zaba.p···_style=1

Did you phone her and ask her who she works for?
My guess is that she's a former telco employee - a union member. »www.cwa-union.org/ They often stage call-ins where union members are all asked to call their representative as members of the public to push issues, and I would expect they'd dig into the same group to find plaintifs for a case like this. They claim over 700,000 members, so when they start calling, it really can look like the "general public" has a particular opinion.

What kind of evil spell did the Telco cast to make employees and retires do their bidding? |
